2. Any disputes arising from or related to this event shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

1. Participants must respect and protect all intellectual property rights of the event organizer, including but not limited to toy designs, images, texts, etc.

2. Lovense reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event.
