Wishlist Terms & Conditions
Effective: June 24, 2025
1. The Wishlist feature allows anyone (the “Payer”) to support their favorite person (the “Recipient”) by purchasing Lovense products (the “Products”) for them via the Wishlist. All payments made through the Wishlist are made to Lovense. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern how the Payer and the Recipient use the Wishlist. By using the Wishlist, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and agreements.
2.As Recipient, you agree to the following:
A.After creating your Wishlist link(s), a unique Wishlist code (“Code”) will be sent to you by email. You will need the Code to access or retrieve the Wishlist you have created, or to edit your shipping address.
B.You can share your Wishlist link(s) with friends and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram and etc. You will receive an email every time someone purchases an item for you from your Wishlist.
C.You understand and acknowledge that the Product will be shipped to you if the Payer makes the payment. If the Payer requests a refund before you accept the Product, It will not be delivered. Products delivered to you are covered under warranty but cannot be returned for a refund.
D. Products purchased via the Wishlist cannot be exchanged or substituted once payment is made, regardless of whether requested by the Recipient or the Payer. Only warranty-related replacements (in case of defective Products) are allowed, and such replacements will be for the same Product model.
3.As Payer, you agree to the following:
A.After purchasing the Product, you agree that once it has been shipped to the Recipient, you may no longer request a refund. The Product is covered under warranty but cannot be returned for a refund.
B.You agree not to dispute your payment after the Product has been shipped to the address provided by the Recipient. If you do, you will not be permitted to use the Wishlist and your name and/or your credit card may be blacklisted from using the Wishlist feature.
C.If you attempt to use the Wishlist feature with a blacklisted credit card, the payment will not be processed. It’s your sole responsibility to apply for any refund of any payment you have made.
4.Additional Terms for Join Link Users
A.Lovense may collaborate with third-party platforms (each, a “Platform”) to distribute special invitation links (“Join Links”) to users of those Platforms (e.g., models).
B.If you create your Wishlist via a Join Link, you acknowledge and agree that:
a.Any commission or promotional benefit resulting from purchases made through your Wishlist may be credited to the Platform associated with the Join Link, rather than to you as the Recipient;
b.The Platform is responsible for distributing and managing such Join Links to its affiliated users.
C.Commission is only generated for orders placed through a Wishlist link that was created using an official, active Join Link from a partnered Platform. If a user has multiple Wishlist Join Links associated with different Platforms, the Platform whose Join Link was most recently attributed at the time of purchase will receive the commission. Example: If Platform A and Platform B each have Join Links, and a model creates Wishlist A through both links, only purchases made via A-Platform A or A-Platform B will be eligible for commission. If a fan first visits the Platform A link, then the Platform B link, and finally purchases via the Platform A link, the commission goes to Platform B, as the most recent attribution.
D.The Products will always be shipped to the designated Recipient, regardless of which Join Link was used. Commission attribution does not affect product fulfillment.
E:Lovense is not a party to any agreement between the Platform and its users (e.g., models), and is not liable for any internal disputes over revenue distribution. The Platform bears sole responsibility for any taxes, reporting, or payouts under its agreements with users.
F:Lovense reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Join Link or partnership at any time, in its sole discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
5.You agree to comply with all laws applicable to your use of the Wishlist feature and affirm that you will not use the feature for any fraudulent, misleading, inaccurate, or dishonest purpose.
6.Lovense may terminate or suspend your access to the Wishlist feature at its sole discretion, and may modify or discontinue the feature at any time. Lovense is not liable for any suspension, termination, or discontinuation. Refund decisions are also at Lovense’s sole discretion.
7.If you provide (or allow Lovense to access) any data, content, or other information in connection with your use of the Wishlist feature (collectively, “Personal Data”), then you grant Lovense (and its affiliates) a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such data. Lovense will not disclose your payment details, address or other personal data to the Recipient, Payer and/or any third party.
8.You agree to indemnify and hold Lovense harmless from any claims, suits, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or any misuse of the Wishlist feature.
9.You hereby warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
10.By creating your Wishlist or purchasing the Product, you hereby agree to Lovense Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively, “Lovense Terms”). The Wishlist feature is part of the “Lovense Services”. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Lovense Terms, these Terms govern only with respect to the Wishlist feature. Lovense reserves the right to monitor or audit your compliance with these Terms and to update these terms from time to time.

1. How do I use the VIP Pack?
After purchasing the VIP Pack or adding items to the cart,the system will automatically apply the best available benefits based on the items in your cart. You can click on the "VIP Packs" section on the cart page to choose whether to use the benefits from the pack. You can also click the VIP Pack icon in the bottom right corner of the homepage, product pages, or the Store page to open the pop-up window again and view the details and usage status of each benefit
2. Can I get a refund after purchasing?
You can request a refund at any time if none of the benefits in the VIP Pack have been used or redeemed. Once any benefit has been used/redeemed, the pack becomes non-refundable.
3. Important Notes for Using the VIP Pack
· The Lube Coupon and the {0} OFF Coupon can be used together in the same order.
